Taylor-Swift
Taylor Swift, full Taylor Alison Swift. American singer/songwriter who has achieved great fame with the stories that she shares about her childhood heartbreak. Swift showed an interest in the arts at a very young age, and quickly moved through roles in the children's theater and her first public appearance in front of the crowd of a thousand. Swift in 2011, at the age of 11, performed The Star-Spangled Banner during a Philadelphia 76ers basketball game. In the year following, Swift began writing her own songs. Swift had taken her inspirations from Shania Twain's music as well as her band the Dixie Chicks now known as The Chicks within the realm in country music composed the songs of her own to convey the feeling of being alienated. Swift left Pennsylvania together with her parents, to Hendersonville, Tennessee when she reached 13 and decided to spend more time to contacting the country music labels.
